We are excited to announce that Girls on the Run Central Coast and Girls on the Run of Silicon Valley are partnering as an official Charity Partner for the 2025 Big Sur International Marathon! This allows us to provide GUARANTEED marathon or 11-mile entries to BSIM SoleMates that commit to raise money for Girls on the Run. Limited spots available.
The Big Sur International Marathon is a point-to-point course run on scenic CA Highway 1 from Big Sur to Carmel the last Sunday each April. Towering redwoods, crashing waves, coastal mountains and verdant pastures are featured on this bucket list course. GOTR SoleMates can raise funds for a guaranteed entry in the marathon or 11-miler.
Big Sur Internation Marathon SoleMates have each commited to raise a minimum of $1,500 for guaranteed entry in the Big Sur 11-miler or a minimum of $2,000 for a guaranteed entry in the Big Sur Marathon. These fundraising efforts provide critical support in ensuring no girl is ever turned away from our life changing program due to her inability to pay.
